We enjoyed our stay based on the hotel and staff, but the other guests were wild and it made it less enjoyable. We wanted to use the pool and hot tub, but there was a large party of 20 or so kids and adults running between the two and throwing water and refillable water balloons. My daughter and I and some other guests went to the outside pool to avoid them, but they continued running around and jumping into that pool as well so we eventually gave up and retreated. We also struggled with kids running up and down the hall during the night and morning and loud people around us. I wish there was soundproofing and some kind of enforcement of pool rules.

Stayed two days and had two rooms. First was loud because of the freeway outside and the people drinking and yelling in the lobby for hours. Second room was not on the side of the freeway, which i thought was great, but then some woman or kid screamed non stop for almost two hours. Also there was a dirty personal towel from a previous guest left in the bathtub. We did not sleep well or enjoy the room, unfortunately.

Loved the happy hour. Food a 3 free drinks. Spectacular. Plenty of food with variety. Would recommend it to family and friends.

We love the staff at Drury Memphis, from the front desk staff, the excellent staff serving breakfast and the 5:30 kick-back, to the maid service. Everyone is so friendly and bends over backward to help us when we are traveling through to drop off and pick up our grandchildren. I am disabled and have walking issues, so the hotel always makes sure that we get a room on the first floor close to the entrance to cut down on my having to walk a lot.

Everything was nice. I especially loved the breakfast land evening meal and the serving staff. Jay, Kim, and Steve were exceptional!!! I had to ask their names because they were great! You are lucky to have then working there. Kim and Steve left a wonderful impression on my granddaughter and niece and they wanted to make sure that I said so to the company! If an eight and ten year old kid wants to compliment the staff, the staff must be doing something to make their stay at the hotel really nice! So please let them know that they are appreciated! My granddaughter also wanted me to say that the clerk that checked us out was really nice too!

Wet marble floors from kids running straight from pool to lobby. Stepped out of elevator on to wet marble floor, so dangerous!! No handicapped parking at lobby entrance. Staff was very nice and welcoming! Room was nice, bathroom very nice & clean. Definitely not quiet!! Noise from nearby traffic is unbelievable! Nothing in walking distance.
