Hampton Inn & Suites McComb

Everything was outstanding as usual. The staff was very friendly and professional. Ms. Martha was the greatest with her customer service. My favorite place to stay when visiting family.

Our stay was great! The staff was friendly from the moment we arrived. Knowledgeable with questions we had about area. The hotel is beautifully decorated and very clean. The hot breakfast was delicious with lot of varieties to choose from and Miss Ruth in the kitchen was very attentive and made us feel like we were her family. Our room had plenty space and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was a busy weekend when we were there, but it was like the room was sound proof. I would high recommend this hotel!

Stayed at this location for Christmas eve. It was very clean and comfortable. Staff at check in and check out was very friendly. My family and I have stayed at this location before and with this experience we will continue to stay here in more times to come.

It was a nice hotel and the lady was very chipper and full of energy as she greeted us. However after driving 10 hours and getting to our room we were reflecting on some things that had happened and the phone rang, It was the lady at the front saying that someone complain that we were to loud and they had a sleeping child. My goodness we havent' been in the room 10 minutes and it wasn't even 8pm and there were 2 of us so it surprised me that in that short of a time we were already asked to be quite. I completely understand noise level and I would never do it on purpose however I do not believe we were so loud in 10 minutes that I should have recieved a call we were even unload from the cart yet. Being a Hilton Honors Member I have NEVER had this happen before and I was very thrown off by it and didn't think it was the right way to handle the situation at all. I will say that I would not stay at the hotel again since you aren't allow to make any noise even at 7:40, now if it was midnight or something maybe but come on 7:40
