Tru by Hilton Oxford

The room and bathroom were spacious. The room felt new and air was fresh. There was plenty of towels for my family of 4. Loved the personal hygiene products. The big issue was the comfort level of the bed. Also, the bedding didn't feel clean.

It was beautiful and had a restaurant to walk to. Very family friendly also

Loved this stay! In the last week I have stayed in Monroe for a conference, Little Rock for VA, and Oxford stay was phenomenal!!! Be back very soon and often since my 1st grandchild will be raised there.

What I didn’t like is the young kids who were in the room next to us that started slamming their room door over and over starting at 1 am each night several times and running the hallways because they were drunk. Called the front desk to let them know and she said her hands were tied on what to do because she did call their room but they didn’t stop. So since they woke my entire family up for the second night we left earlier than expected because it was just disrespectful. Other than that first night it was so quiet and great and is a really great hotel besides the noise from the college kids. A protocol should be in place for situations like that with the hotel employees so they can in force rules of noise control.

I travel a great deal with family and alone. I have stayed at a number of different hotels through Hotels.com. By far Tru is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. I am now a member of the Hilton Rewards and when I travel I will be staying at a Tru.

The staff were very rude to my grandchildren. They caused a huge problem with the billing system they use. I will never stay at a Tru by Hilton again.

New facility very clean and family/pet friendly. Great staff and great breakfast

Very clean rooms and friendly staff! We enjoyed playing a game of pool with the family in the lobby.
