Courtyard by Marriott Oxford

Customer service was awesome, Clinton introduced himself and was very professional and knowledgeable of his job duties. He was very patient, helpful, nice, and friendly. The room was very clean. My husband and I were very satisfied so we decided to stay an extra night and would most definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

The courtyard Marriott oxford was less then satisfactory. When we got there we had ask for a pack n play or crib to be in the room he said I’ll have to find one and never did. Then when we got to the room we found the room to have these problems the ac unit did not have a cover on it and we have a toddler the refrigerator was not working. and the carpet was very dirty and had not been vacuumed. I went to the front desk to ask for another room and the man was very hateful about getting me another room. I told him I had a toddler that would stick her fingers in the ac unit. He told me it would take him A while and I would just have to wait. He was very rude about it and I felt like I was stupid for asking for another room. He finally got us another room and it is fine but not for 223 a night. Plus the pool has been out of service the hole time we have been here. The morning staff was nice but the coffee shop closed before 11 and there was no where to grab a quick snack. Over all I am not impressed with this property and will not be back. Brandie Killian
