The only strange thing was it was being used as a dorm & there were at times large gaggles of kids to get through

The place was cute but there were no vending machines and one complimentary water wasnt enough. The food at the Coop was mixed. My pizza was great but the chicken sandwich was cold and was like a gas station sandwich. The room was ok but with so many college kids in the lobby there werent as many places to sit and relax there outside your room. THE PARKING WAS THE WORST. Coming back to the hotel after exploring the area took over 15 mins because the lot was full. I believe it was people at te restaurant upstairs and the kids just hanging out in the lobby. We have no desire to go back.

Room was filthy. Chips on floor, hair on walls, skid marks in toilet boil, used plastic cutlery left on table edge, flickering lights, some outlets not working, body wash dispenser empty.

We came to Oxford for a tour of Ole Miss with guarded expectations and were completely blown away starting with the moment we stepped out of the car at the back entrance of the Graduate. It was a beautiful fall day and the double row of tea olive bushes leading to the doors filled the air with a fragrance that smelled like childhood memories. I don’t mean to wax poetic, but the weather, the aroma, and the undeniable charm of Oxford all combined to create something truly magical. Check-in was a breeze and the lobby was probably the most charming Graduate lobby I’ve seen so far. The receptionist was very nice and recommended a few restaurants for us to try. Our room was cute and surprisingly large. The beds were clean and comfortable and didn’t leave me with a back ache. The bathroom was large and clean with a roomy shower and great water pressure. After spending a delightful weekend exploring Oxford and Ole Miss we checked out of the hotel with ease but we’re genuinely sorry to have to go. If we ever return to Oxford (which I hope we will) we would not consider staying anywhere else.
