Hotel DeSoto

Doing an extended stay here and so far I love it! Me and family are happy we chose this hotel until our place is ready.

Excellent place to stay. Very quiet and clean. Have been there for 2 nights and we loved it. The only thing, my kids would have loved if a gym was available.

This hotel was absolutely amazing and very clean. My family and I loved how spacious the rooms was. I definitely would stay here again!

Room was clean. Everything was in good working order. King size bed room was a good sized room. The Olive Branch city park is a short distance away. Recommend you drive there. It is a large city park with lots of sporting fields and lots of young families around. It has a very good paved walking path that goes throughout the park and it felt very safe to walk there. The kiddos will love the large kid area with some play structures to burn off all that energy from traveling.

Great property very nice quiet safe area for a single person, or an individual who has a family. The staff go above and beyond to cater unto their guest.

Beds are way too small for 2 adults. The room had dark smudge stains(blood or feces) on the walls. The lady working the front desk Saturday night was terrible to our group of kids, and was very hateful. The whole hotel smelled of weed. Won’t be back

This was our first time staying here but will forsure stay here again when visiting family. Check in was easy and friendly. The room was very nice and clean.

Upon first walking in i thought it seemed really clean and simplistic. The check in process was great, the lady was very nice. We got into the elevator and it smelled like weed. My kids have no idea what that smells like but both commented that the elevator smelled bad. When we got to the 3rd floor the smell was even more apparent. I realize thats not the hotels fault but it just added to the disappointment. We walked in our room and i thought again it was nice and simplistic then i smelled this horrible smell... it smelled like someone used a towel, got it soaking wet then hid it somewhere in the room weeks ago. It was so gross. My kids were disappointed that there wasnt a pool, again not by fault of the hotel but added to the overall disappointment. The front desk person had let us know that they would have a paper bag breakfast ready at 6am when we checked out we grabbed some, it was a bottle of water, fruit cup, nutragrain bar and those little donuts that come prepackaged that are covered in chocolate. Was kind of a bummer that it wasnt a better breakfast. I wouldnt stay here again. The moldy smell in the room was disgusting and just that alone would make me never come back

This hotel is close to family, the price is reasonable and the hotel is clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back.

I live local and love to stay here for a "getaway"! It was only right that I share this treasure with my family visiting from out of town. The kitchenette with double queen beds was perfect! I just love the entire staff. Everyone is always professional, kind, and available to take care of any concerns. If you are ever passing through Olive Branch, MS and need a place to chill. Your stay here will be so comfortable and peaceful!
