Comfort Suites Olive Branch West

The room was spacious enough to accommodate my family. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. Breakfast was prompt and delicious! Most importantly.. I can't say enough good things about the staff!! Those at the front desk were wonderful. They made us feel so welcome. Great Customer Service!! They exceeded all my expectations. They did an outstanding job from check in til check out!! I really appreciated that!!! The next time my family and I are in Olive Branch.. we'll definitely be staying there again! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!! It may not be a five star hotel by the building... But the staff is definitely 5 star and beyond!! Great job guys!!

The person working the front desk was not attentive, didn't welcome us and seemed preoccupied. We asked that the bed be made up for the couch because we were arriving at 1 am with 4 kids. They said yes in text. It wasn't ready, nor did it have sheets. I went downstairs to get some, and after being gone for so long, he handed me a wet pillow with spilled cleaner on it, and the comforter smelled strong of cleaner as well. Poor service. Food was pretty good, bed was comfy and the room was damp. I was later told my carpet was cleaned that day...?

Excellent Customer Support, Room was very clean, had a lot of room to accommodate my in family. This hotel was in a great area, restaurant and other shops were very close, this was just a very excellent place to stay. Would definitely recommend!!!!!!!

The check in was smooth. Breakfast staff was very nice and interacted with my grandchildren. Room was clean. Only issue is the trash in hall was not changed and it stank.

Great stay for passing through the Memphis area. Our 3 kids loved the pool.

Jay at the front desk was awesome. Very helpful. We have 3 small kids so she helped us upgrade to a room that might help us better with naps etc. she also told us about the hotel (breakfast, pool etc) and told us to reach out with any questions. Today we needed some towels. We called and they said they were in the dryer it would be an hour. That was fine. We went out and I thought for sure they’d forget and we’d have to call when we got back to our room (understandable ). However, we went back to our room a few hours later and there on the table was our clean towels we requested! Also breakfast was really good. Really fresh. Eggs & sausage were good for a hotel breakfast. Clean too. Middle aged white woman with short brown hair &wrist tattoo was cleaning the breakfast area as people were there to keep up with crumbs , spills etc. it was nice to see. Also used the pool and it was so clean! We come every year to visit family and will definitely be back next year !

Our stay at Comfort Suites was wonderful. The breakfast had many options and all of my family like it. The staff were very helpful.

Front desk staff very friendly. Room was nice. The issue was the noisy maid service. They appeared to have their young children with them. They woke us up at around 7:45am yelling, knocking on doors and running around...so much for getting some sleep after traveling 13 hours and getting to bed around 1am.

This was the worst hotel I can remember ever staying in. A dirty towel was left in our room. The floors were dirty. There was no shower curtain. The rest of the towels that weren't balled up in a corner were dingy. There was mold in the corners of the shower ceiling. My Mom, who is diabetic, had brought insulin with her. She put the insulin in the refrigerator and didn' t notice until the next day that the refrigerator wasn't on. Someone had turned it off. We turned it back on to keep her insulin cool. We were there for a family reunion and heard several complaints about this hotel. We had booked it from Friday through Monday but checked out on Saturday. The conditions there were so bad until we couldn't stay another night.
