Destiny was like family and although I was frustrated trying to locate the hotel because it is very neatly tucked away behind other businesses, she made it all better with her patient customer skills.

Lack of housekeeping to maintain cleanliness. Only one housekeeper that brings a child to work with her. Pillows on a king size bed are twin size pillows that won’t even support a leaf. Laundry staff (Mike) enter in our room, while we stepped out assuming we were checking abs still were on our dollar time. Just to snoop around. Dirty mop water remained in the foyer way of elevator. Glass windows on common entry and on third for were disgusting. Shower not clean, let out sofa bed had plastic cup with mold and a dirty diaper.The elevator was never cleaned and some staff are not to be trusted.
