Best Western Plus Magee Inn And Suites

Everyone was kind. Our family had two rooms. Only issue was that the tvs in both rooms were on the wrong input so you couldn’t change the channel. Told the front desk and they had someone up with th right remote to fix it within 5 minutes. Rooms were nice. Breakfast was great. Definitely stay here again if we are passing through.

At online booking I asked for top floor corner for privacy and quiet during my stay. The hotel was about one third occupied. Why did your night clerk pack everyone into that space. I got no sleep because of the children next door running and screaming all night. Maybe protecting the cleaning crew from having to work too hard moving around floors? Very disappointed and frustrated.
