First we were in a room with no pull pit despite booking one. Then our rooms pull out was single sized at best for two adult children. Then the bathrooms can never worked so the room smelled the entire stay. Also I booked this hotel because it says it has a hot tub and pool the pool was closed and the hot tub was across the parking lot at the Courtyard I should’ve just booked our room there!!

The rooms were very clean but small for a family of 5. We had double beds and the room barely accommodated the beds. I dont believe the heater was working because we put it on 85 and it never warmed up with 30 degree weather outside. I didnt report it we just dealt with it and just didnt want to move to another room. But we would stay here again.
