Holiday Inn Express Biloxi - Beach Blvd, an IHG Hotel

Services was very nice. Everyone was friendly the rooms were nice clean, well kept and they had dove soap, lotion, body wash, hair condition, and shampoo in case you forgot to bring your own. The breakfast was wonderful, planted to eat and very satisfying. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I will be visiting it back again and also it was right across from the beach so that was perfect for my family and I.

We had a one night stay on our way to our final destination, it was an amazing choice. Very quiet & clean. My family really enjoyed the breakfast. Will be staying here for future trips!

Was told breakfast was till 11 and then the lady came around at 915 to say we are closing in 10. The kids had not eaten and had to buy them breakfast. Don’t say breakfast serve till 11 and shut it down at 915.

Property and staff were great. I had an issue with the water coming out brown in my room from time to time. This was difficult to deal with since I was traveling with my four small children.

Upon arrival, the employee checking us in informed us that the elevator was broken and that we were on the 3rd floor. We asked about other floors/closer rooms as we had a ton of luggage to haul up the stairs. She checked and nothing was available. We then we’re told it was fixed (about 5 min later) and loaded up on the elevator along with all of our belongings. The elevator then stopped on the 2nd floor and wouldn’t open for a couple seconds. We decided to get out and lug everything up the next set of stairs to the 3rd floor. When we got to the room, we called the front desk and they put and out of order sign again. We are checking out today and have to again lug all of our luggage down 3 flights of steps. I am traveling with my elderly parents and 2 small children. To say the least, this was not the most pleasant experience.

Came to stay one night and that was enough to say I wouldn’t want to stay here again . The hotel is very dated . Only one elevator works Which takes forever to get . Spoke to someone who frequents this hotel and they stated the elevator hasn’t been working for months which is ridiculous.The Pool was cloudy and murky .. not kid friendly at all . Rooms had a musky smell to them. Parking is horrible here . The parting lot had little lighting . I would not recommend staying here

Me and my family stayed at the holiday inn it was great only down fall was the dryer didn't dry your clothes very well we loved the view of the room seeing the ocean we would definitely will be going back!

We had a great time. I took my grandkids. They had a blast even though it was raining off an on. Thanks a bunch
