The room was not clean, the pool cut the bottoms of several kids’ feet, there were issues with keys not working and even people being doubled booked to the same room. Wouldn’t stay there again.

The general manager cancelled our reservations several days prior. I didn’t see her email and showed up to a sold out hotel with my Expedia reservation number. Got to put my family in someone’s extra bedroom for the night. This hotel will cancel your 3rd party reservation. Beware!
