La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham St. Paul-Woodbury

So first thing, we checked in at about 330-345. Our room wasnt ready. Checkin is at 3.. shouldnt happen. Then, I gave the kid a different credit card to use from what I booked it with. (Debit card) Once we FINALLY got our keys, I get an alert that he charged my Debit card instead of the credit card I literally JUST gave him. I went back, error was fixed. We get into the room, and the coffee maker is IN the bathroom. Gross. Poo particles in my coffee, no thanks. HAS to he a healthcode violation. We leave for the night and when we get back around 1115 we wanted to grab a water from the snack area. Noone around for like 15 minutes to let me pay for it. When I brought that up at checkout, the guy did seem concerned, and gave me a free water. He gives me my receipt and its someone else's receipt... how many things are they gonna screw up? And dont get me started on breakfast, cold eggs, sausage and waffles... what a joke. Oh and not enough seats so had to take food to our room. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. Hotel seemed clean and was quiet.

Liked everything except for the kids in the pool area after 10. Should really be enforced by the hotel staff and not me.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Most of the hotel was clean and breakfast had a decent selection. Pool area is dirty with build up of grime all around. It’s a nice pool area for families with little kids, I just wish more effort was put towards cleaning it.

Staff was very accommodating. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The suite is a good deal for family of seven.

Comfort and fun both. Business travel but able to have young grandkids visit pool.

The king suite we booked was nice, very spacious and had plenty of drawers and closet space to store everything. The room could have used some tlc (paint was worn, furniture a little beat up, loose fixtures in bathroom). This is definitely a family hotel and I would recommend asking for a room in the highest floor, otherwise you will hear people and kids stomping at all hours of the day and night. It was a good stay nonetheless. Breakfast was small, they ran out of coffee daily and didn’t have it available past the breakfast hours. Not my favorite property but I’d probably stay again.

Safe place to bring your family and pets. Staffing was very friendly and attentive.

Daughter loved the pool. Great family hotel. Rooms were clean. However the fridge didn’t work in the room and the toilet was a little wonky and occasionally didn’t flush.
