The hotel was great. I stayed with my two kids and three dogs. The hotel allowed us to bring one dog above the max when u asked permission as we were attending a dog show in the area. The room was spacious and clean. The parking area well lit and they cleared snow promptly. We ended up needing to extend our stay due to a bad winter storm and they were very accommodating. Can’t say enough good things. Only thing they could have improved is they were a bit slow to restock breakfast items. We had to ask for several things and they were very helpful, I just felt bad asking for multiple things (forks, syrup, napkins).

We had painters tape and ductape holding pieces of the TV stand together as well as some floorboards in the bathroom. It was for a state hockey tournament and they definitely weren't staffed for how busy it was. Hot tub was not functional and the pool was cold but the kids still enjoyed it. They weren't strict on the kids so that was nice. Breakfast was good but small lobby area.

When we finally got our room the room was already occupied by another family. It took awhile to even get another room. This was not hotels.com fault at all. The whole weekend was a hot mess at this hotel. I will say the staff was amazing. The rooms were hot, small, and not clean.

Needed conjoined rooms, thats why i booked them together. Pretty disappointed my grandkids were across the hall.

There was a younger staff named Emma. She was absolutely fantastic. She was very nice to my kids. She was extremely accommodating. There was no freezer in our room. My son has a blood medication that requires it to be cold. During travel we keep it with ice packs. Emma took our ice packs and made sure they were out in a freezer. There was another staff, who’s name I did not get. She was the exact opposite. She was very unapproachable. We asked if we could get some silverware for our dinner and she told us no. “We aren’t allowed to give them out, but make sure you leave a positive review so we can increase our cash bonus”

The main problem was that we booked this online thinking we were staying at the same motel as other family member attending a family wedding that weekend. Turns out there are two Hampton Inns in Woodbury. Next problem: when I went to unlock our door for the first time, I found it already open. Kinda freaky. Also, our pool and hot tub were not working at all which was a big disappointment for our family, especially grandkids. The place was clean enough, and breakfast was ok. But too many disappointments.

We needed a room for one night for my family of 5 and our dog. Our rooms were clean, ready and easy access to let our dog out. Hotel entry could have been cleaned but was welcoming and safe.

The hotel was nice, our room was comfortable, location was great and the continental breakfast was good. However, the pool was COLD.....so cold the kids didn't want to swim in it let alone the adults. And the hot tub didn't have any water in it. We chose this hotel partly because of the pool and were disappointed in it.
