Hotel room and common areas were clean and pool area looked the same although we didn’t get the chance to use it. Had a delicious drink at the bar too. We did not have a car-about a five minute walk to light rail in one direction and a family friendly sports bar in another direction. Saw a show at the Ordway-about a 15 minute walk and other family friendly restaurants, the Chikdrens Museum and a Walgreens near there. FYI-most restaurants along with the hotel bar closed on Sundays and not many other things to do on a hot weekend nearby.

We were really impressed with the hotel, it was close to many of the places we wanted to go to and the staff honestly did a wonderful job and had such lovely personalities! I especially appreciated the staff joining in on our humour when we checked in, and when I had trouble connecting my switch to the TV the staff knew exactly how to fix the issue for me. We will be returning! They also have a cute kiddy pool which we enjoyed very much!

Came for the pool for the kids. Perfect for those under 13, but any older and the pool is very small. Room was amazing, perfect size. It was weird there was no trash bags anywhere. Not sure if that was by mistake. Sadly I'm only disappointed in the breakfast. I was expecting like ....well options. 2 types of sandwiches , bagel/cereal and the normal waffle machine. I was sad to see NO BACON lol. Parking I read was a nightmare but I didn't experience that. Overall I would come again but that breakfast needs to step up.

Front desk staff, especially Erin, were very courteous and helpful. The hotel is located near lots of great dining options and is walkable to multiple poinst of attraction including the Excel Energy Center and the State Captitol. The enclosed parking garage was super convenient, safe, and well-priced with come-and-go privelages. Our room was clean and modern, and accomodated our family perfectly.

Great hotel overall. Only thing they need improvement is the sofa bed was in bad conditions. My little kids told me they felt the metal parts of the bed under the mattress

The hotel staff were friendly. The hotel room had a modern feel. The room was clean with plenty of space for two adults and four children. There was a wonderful breakfast with many choices. The parking was a bit expensive ($25), but we felt secure for the area we were staying in with the parking accomodations.

We liked the kiddie pool! Great welcoming staff, very nice modern room, beds were so comfy as well!
