I Didn’t like I wasn’t suppose to pay $100 deposit but because they messed up I did and also I went to eat and after I paid for me and my kids food the front desk person said it was coupons for my kids to eat free . Also somebody across from us kept watching us felt uncomfortable considering I had my kids .

Not a nice area to be, pool was heavily chlorinated that all the kids and adults couldn’t breathe and felt sick with headaches. Rooms were small. But hotel room seemed clean. Staff was nice.

Guest services was very helpful and location was great to the Xcel center. There was a mystery stain on our bed and the headboard had a greasy handprint. The pool was a bit cold but decent size. There's no free breakfast but there's an ad that kids 11 and under eat free but you have to have the coupon which was impossible to get.

No ventilation in bathroom so mold on ceiling and when traveling with a child with breathing issues the reason we were there was for the children hospital in the first place

Right across the street from Excel center. Bars were too close, would not stay here with small kids.

The hotel was great for us as it had a separate room where the kids could sleep and my wife and I had privacy. The staff was very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to help us when needed. The attached restaurant is nice and the room service breakfast certainly beats a continental breakfast any day. We look forward to staying there again!
