We had a great stay !! Loved the location , staff, property. We are definitely staying here when we visit Minneapolis again . I will recommend this hotel to friends and family .

Steve and Randy were amazing. Their hospitality was great, they treated me like family. I would definitely return just to hang out with these two gentlemen.

Great clean, basic room in downtown Minneapolis. Perfect for our trip, admitted students day at UMN. I booked the loft room, so my kid and I can each have our own bed. Beds were comfortable. We did not mind no dresser, desk or fridge. Hardwood floor that I prefer over ancient carpets. I enjoyed one complimentary drink that I had after the looong day at the University.

The front desk lady denied that she has any reservations for us. She urged with me for 10minutes then the manager found our reservations. They also charged us for parking of 3 days. We did not park in the hotel garage! We asked for play pack on the phone. We were told not problem. We got to the hotel and they gave us a bunker above our bed and we were told no play pack is available. Not a good place for family. You need to work with your front desk. It is called hospitality business
