The room was dark? We had 3 girls getting ready for a concert and only a single sink. The glasses were dirty or severely water spotted. The TV kept turning off, and then took 10 minutes to restart? At 8am housekeeping was knocking on our door? This woke up me and all the kids. Considering the price I paid for one night, I will try somewhere else next time!

The hotel itself was beautiful. The upscale lobby and rooms made for a very luxurious experience before an important fundraising event for a family member. The one downside was the noise going late into the night. While I know that people will be staying out late in a downtown setting, the loud noise outside our room at 3:00 am - 4:00 am made it difficult to sleep.

Great location for things to do for familys and couples. Walls are very this heard next room talking at normal levels. Great beds!!! Water park and other onsite hotel is for kids 2-12. Skating rink at night is great for couples before or after dinner.

This hotel is exactly what we needed to attend a Viking game. Everything's clean, people at check-in are friendly, plenty of dining options nearby. There were 2 adults and 2 children in our group. My husband and son went to the game and I stayed at the hotel with our daughter. She spent most of her time in the wonderful pool/water park. I hadn't realized that there was an extra charge for the water park but when I went to the front desk to inquire, they gave me a pass for free stating that it wasn't clear on my reservation whether or not that was included. They were great. We will always consider this hotel when we come to games.

I was rather disappointed with my stay. First within 5 minutes I was called down and told my card was declined. (There was more than enough money for the 1 night in the room) When asked to run it again she was rude about it, and than told me oh I guess it did work. Then we decided to go to the waterpark where we were asked to leave or pay. I was not aware there was a fee, no one told me at check in either. I was not about to pay an additional $10 per person on top of my room fee to use the hotel pool. The kids were not allowed in the hot tub any way which is what they wanted, and they were not big enough for the slide. So why would I pay to use the pool that should be included in being a guest at the hotel, or told about this before hand. It was very frustrating.
