The breakfast was not fit for kids. Way too fancy and not enough options. Room temp control seemed ineffective as the room remained some what warm even though it was set at 64 degrees. Everything else was fine.

The Staff was excellent! Great service, great with my family. Always trying to give you the best experience ever. The food was good but breakfast is the same thing every day. For long stays, you get to a point in which you don’t want to have breakfast there. Coffee is excellent, one evening they offered tea infusions and they were awesome. Parking is too expensive though. That is an opportunity area. Cleaning was ok, but could have been better.

For what we were doing for our short family vacation location was great!

Parking instructions were very unclear. It was supposed to be our "baby moon"..also the first time we'd gone out anywhere without our toddler in a over a year. We had romantic dinner plans, but had to cancel because we were supposed to be at the place at 630, but our room wasnt done until 5, so i couldn't get ready in time. I was very upset about that. On top of that, they were doing construction in the parking area so, on top of not being able to get in until 2 hours late, missing our dinner reservations, we also had to almost leave 2 hours before check out also. 😔 very disappointed. The only highlights being the blackout shades were amazing, location was convenient, and griffon was very nice. All in all.. will not go back due to feeling completely ripped off. I should add.. we also drove 4 hours just for this. 😞

We had a family medical situation. I tried to cancel the day before. Expedia was most unhelpful and reported the hotel refused to cancel our room, despite over 24 hour notice. I am deeply disappointed in both.
