Springhill Suites Minneapolis St Louis Park by Marriott

Great option for visiting family in St. Louis Park. Exactly what I wanted at a competitive rate.

Pool and hot tub were great kids enjoyed it. Loved the rooms, only issue with the hotel was no hot water in shower, we were offered to switch rooms on our second night but still had an issue with the water. Overall we would recommend this hotel to families. We had friends stay at the same time and they didn’t have any issues with hot water. The hotel did compensate for the issue. Also beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good.

I thought it was going to be a very noisy stay as our neighbours were very loud when we arrived. The walls seemed paper thin. However, after they settled down a bit, everything was pretty quiet. We were right across from the ice maker so we could hear that a bit but it was not too noticeable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but there was no variety over the 5 nights we were there. Pool and hot tub were as you would expect. Maybe a bit smaller than the pictures indicate but we used them a few times and our kids had fun. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The fitted sheets on the beds were the only bad part of the entire stay. They kept coming off in the middle of the night and would bunch up under us. I would say the sheets were really the only bad thing about the hotel. Location-wise, it wasn't too far from the Target Center by car. It was fairly easy to get around. All in all, I would recommend this hotel as an economical and clean place to stay with very good staff.

The sugar waffles are terrible even the kids wouldn’t eat them.

You can tell the staff and management are proud of their property! They were friendly and welcoming - each time - you stopped by the desk. The rooms were perfectly maintained, the temp control was easy to use and did a great job of keeping the room a steady temp. The pool was warm and felt good for a place to stretch after a long day and the hot tub was the perfect temp (hot, but not boiling). Breakfast was organized and provided a variety of cold and hot offerings (there’s no waffle maker, so warn your children). For dining, a TGiF is next door or explore the options 1/2 mile in the “West End” retail area, an easy to place walk to or place an order for pick up or delivery! (Crave is always a great option) I stayed 2 nights and will return on another visit to the Twin Cities.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Water and snacks in lobby when we arrived which were wonderful after a long drive. Rooms were perfect. Comfortable beds and lots of space. Very nice breakfast in the morning with a lot of options for kids and adults.

My family had been 4 night in there really good service. Later I will be back that town will stay again.

The staff were so gracious and understanding during a difficult time for our family. Their kindness was appreciated. The rooms were beautiful and pristine.

Really enjoyed our stay! Staff was friendly and helpful. The hot tub was nice but lots of kids were in there. We waited until they left and were able to get back in so it worked out. Rooms were pretty quiet and very clean. Great breakfast offerings. Would definitely stay again!
