Generally very good less the screaming kids at the pool after 11pm and the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty. Tiny details could use some extra attention but good visit overall. Thank you.

I have to say I was expecting a lot more from a big name hotel in a large and bustling city like Minneapolis!! Our room had a small refridge but it did NOT have a microwave! Also there was no complimentary breakfast served in the main lobby area. There was not even offee available except that bad coffee that you make in your room!! We were there for a family wedding and spent 4 nights there and I was very disappointed with the no breakfast or coffee thing!!

This was my second time staying at this hotel. It's awesome. It will always be my first choice when visiting my family in St Louis Park

Nice big room Very clean easy check in and out all employees where nice and courteous service with a smile big thumbs up to all Nice pool great service at the bar excellent breakfast we’ll come back again the whole family loved this place!

Location and room nice but air conditioner did not work well. The large indoor pool is a draw for families with children so be prepared for lots of children running and screaming in lobby and hallway without parental supervision.

The young Lady named Lillian or Lillibeth was so nice and refreshing. I travel a lot the worse part of travel is checking mostly because of bad attitudes of the staff. Lillian made our stay wonderful by searching and finding us adjacent rooms so we can check on our children. She was so pleasant I look forward to coming back and staying with your establishment.

It was okay because I was only sleeping during the holiday while visiting with family. I thought the overall room was a little cramped. I could hear people through the connecting door, glad I had ear plugs. Wish it had a small microwave.

Stayed here briefly while visiting family nearby. I saw some mixed review on-line, so wasn't sure what to expect. The hotel itself is in a commercial neighborhood with easy access and ample free parking. The rotating door entrance was a bit icy, but other than that the reception area was fine and staff friendly. Our room was comfortable, clean and well appointed... no complaints whatsoever (although there was only one robe in the closet... which we didn't use.) Internet was free and easy to access. A couple of lightbulbs did need replacing. We booked through Hotels.com and got vouchers for appetizers in the evening that we didn't use, and for breakfast that we did. Very complete and satisfying breakfast including made to order omelettes, fresh fruit, etc. Not sure about the workout room, as we didn't get a chance to use it, but from the pictures it seems small and basic. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. No question we would book there again.

Pleasant weekend stay at this hotel with our cat, who really enjoyed exploring the room. The junior suite was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom had a nice tub, bed was comfortable. Gym was small but well-equipped. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the Dover restaurant. Location is wonderful, near a small pond with walking path and near other shops and restaurants. Staff were helpful, courteous, professional. Will stay here again!

We've stayed at this hotel in the past and been happy, we liked the location and rooms. This stay was only for one night, and I would rate it as just ok. The fridge had food stuck to the sides, the shower gel that comes complimentary in the shower was empty, and despite listing four occupants we were only provided three towels. Having to try to collect those things for a one night stay was a little bit of a hassle when you're trying to get showered and out the door. They do have a pool/hot tub but the hot tub was filled with about 15 LITTLE kids and was quiet crowded - which we might have just had bad timing. This time I would say it probably wasn't worth the price we paid, seemed like a little bit of a express hotel.
