We are checking hotels near Chanhassen dinner theater as our daughter is getting married June 2025. Loved the hot water showers!! Our view sucked...brick wall. I plan on a block of 20-25 rooms for family snd friends. But your breakfast area is way to small. 5 tables and all full We took ours back to our room. Staff was very pleasant.

Since we booked through a third party site, we had no idea the hotel was under renovation or that the pool was closed. This was a big disappointment for our kids. While I understand the renovation process is messy, there was random trash around the hallways and stairways, and our room wasn't in great shape. We stayed here a few years ago and was very impressed then...this was a very different story, and I'm bummed we still paid normal price for that less than stellar stay.

Booked the room to make a fun night so the kids could use the pool & we could enjoy the hot tub. Hot tub was broke, pool was freezing & the whole pool area was dingy. Needs work. The only reason overall rating was 3 stars is the staff was nice and room was pretty clean. Beds and were too soft/uncomfortable. They also have arrangements with Lifetime Fitness to free access to anything indoors, which had a gravity pool & waterslide.....the only thing that made our night.

Staff were friendly and willing to help, the property needs some updating. Bad caulking around the tub, and old shower head faucets, but it worked well enough. Why is it that hotel staff don't clean the lint out of the hair dryers? Breakfast was decent and it felt pretty clean throughout. They kept sanitizer stocked by the elevator. The hot tub was closed down so that was a huge bummer, but the water slide was fun. The jets are pretty powerful for a small-ish pool so there wasn't any "calm" water in the pool necessarily, If that helps anyone, but there was a lift chair. Water temp was great! We booked a 2 queen suite and got a 2 queen standard room so the kids had to snuggle.

The hotel is very well maintained, and the staff is really courteous. I must commend the management for the quality of the breakfast. For us, visiting family and friends is the perfect location - everything is withing 15-20 minutes drive.
