Great check-in process and friendly front desk personnel. The Sunday morning breakfast staff was not very fast at all. It seemed like she didn't know where anything was or what to do. People were waiting for a long time for food. There was no apology or sense of urgency on her part. The room was fantastic for our family. It was nice and spacious.

Stayed in the one bedroom suite over the weekend with my family. We were in town for my son basketball tournament. Dishwasher had rotted food left in there that left the room smelling terrible!! And windows don’t open!! Reported to staff whom got the the manager “Lisa” she initially offered to take $30 off the room for the night. I said absolutely NO!! We can just check out and find another hotel for the remainder stay.. we came to an agreement for half off the first night and we were put into a different room. Afternoon staff was pretty rude about giving me extra towels. He stated each room comes with 2 big towels and that should be enough and if we need more to bring the dirty ones down first! I was in shock! I informed him the room sleeps 4!! I never had to explain to front desk staff why I want more towels! I stayed at a lot of Hilton properties and this was by far the worse. Also, grabbed a breakfast sandwich on the way out and it was frozen! I couldn’t do anything but laugh. Really wish I would’ve stayed at the Holiday Inn but switched to this location cause it was closer to my son tournament games.

We stayed 3 nights. The room was clean and spacious enough for a family of 5. I don’t really like staying at hotels but this hotel I would stay at again. It was in a quiet, safe area, and very comfy.

I was disappointed with our experience here. We never actually did stay. We had a child get sick so had to stay at home, however we had family staying in the same area. We were too late to cancel our reservation and when we asked if we could transfer the room to a family member who needed one we were told no. So we had to pay a one night stay cancellation fee and could not even allow our family members to use the room.
