Was a great quiet time with the family we all enjoyed it

Breakfast was great. The new family owned staff is very friendly and the rooms were very clean! My kids enjoyed the pool. It was the perfect staycation. I highly recommend.

The man working had his family there. Was unable to sit in the lobby as they were sitting on the chairs and couch. Also had to be careful of a remote controlled vehicle that a small child (maybe 3-4 years) was driving all over.

The staff was super nice, quick easy check in. The room was mostly clean other than they left the coffee pot basket out with old used coffee in it. Room was comfortable. Pool and hot tub were great. Clean and working and kids loved it. They also had a sauna. Breakfast had breads/muffins, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, waffle maker, bananas, yogurt, cereal. They kept the breakfast area stocked and clean.

Sufficient but noisy. It seems to be a general rudeness of people who stay in hotels to make their rooms and hallways just like home: loud, uncontrolled children and adults who are still infants themselves.

We had a great stay! The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Hotel was nice and clean.

The hotel itself and the amenities offered were great, but our room had not been cleaned properly prior to our stay. When we first entered the room, we noticed dirty towels hanging on the bathroom rack, a wet washcloth in the tub, and a wet bar of soap in the tub. We notified the front desk and they apologized, but did not come take care of the dirty towels. When we got up I. The morning, we noticed that the trash had also never been emptied from previous guests. There was breakfast food in there, and also personal trash, including a condom wrapper. We notified the front desk, but were told there was nothing they could do but notify management since we booked through a 3rd party. I really hope that the sheets had actually been cleaned and not overlooked like the rest of the room. My children slept in those beds. I really hope this was just oversight, but we were very disappointed with how the situation was handled.
