Comfort Inn Plainwell

Very nice place to stay, would definitely stay there again when visiting grandchildren in Plainwell, my great grandkids really enjoyed the pool. The staff was amazing and extremely friendly. Had a great time.

Stay for the most part was great… first half of the trip was pretty quiet but due to a big wrestling tournament the second half not so much. But as a parent I understand kids are loud so for me it wasn’t that big of a deal. Overall great stay would return!

We stayed overnight at this Comfort Inn because it was close to Gull meadows farm. What started out as a convenience turned into a great stay! Check in was quick and easy with very friendly staff. We immediately went swimming and hung out in the hot tub, both were well maintained. The breakfast was good, the coffee was good and the oj was good, not the watered down juice you usually get at a hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice!! We wanted a family picture taken on their beautifully decorated balcony and they were more than happy to take the pictures for us. We can't say enough nice things about this hotel and their wonderful staff!

The people were awesome. First night there were a bunch of police K9 handlers there for the last day of their yearly certification. Drinking in the parking lot, leaving a can of beer on the ground that stayed there all weekend, it’s still there. Next night, midnight-2am, was a screaming argument in the hallway. Last night I showed up to a running sedan with its lights off and passenger taking pics of a parked truck’s license plate and crazy abduction vibes of family of three taking this possessions out of their room in garbage bags into the trunk of said sedan. That night someone tried to break into that back door breaking it!! All day today we were able to leave by that door to our car but unable to get back into that door for the next load. The hotel staff were made aware of the attempt to break into the hotel back door at the time it happened and 1) they didn’t call the police, 2) they didn’t get the door fixed, didn’t even put in the request to get it fixed, 3) and I’m sure they still haven’t tried to figure out who got abducted!!
