Radisson Plaza Hotel at Kalamazoo Center

My only real issue was the pool area. It was unattended and a guest’s uncouth kids kept diving and cannonballing into the shallow pool, making my small children afraid. I spend a great deal of time admonishing other people’s children, which is never comfortable.

When I checked 5/7/2022 in I wanted to know if they had suites available and how many for the night for other family members staying in the area, the attendant informed me that they didn’t give out their inventory, I walked away in confusion unclear of how the customers could have their needs met if they didn’t know if the amount of rooms to book were available, 10 potential customers booked elsewhere d/t this, I wasn’t sure what to make of it so I carried on and planned to never return as a customer, I also had to change rooms around 10 pm at night as there was no working hot water in the room. Overall the attendant was training someone new and the attendant training seemed to have forgotten what customer service is about,it’s unfortunately this is my final stay at the Radisson as I was a repeat customer, when I come to visit Kalamazoo, I’ll definitely take my business elsewhere from now on, the hotel attendants behavior was very questionable that day and anyone paying this type of money for a hotel room deserves much better service.
