My stay with my family was amazing to have all of us together for the four days was beautiful however, there were major issues that occur. I don’t know if it was because they were understaffed but the day of my check out I was accused of taking lamp. Never in my entire time of staying in hotels I was ever accused of taking property from the hotel. They didn’t even check the cameras before calling me and accusing me. I came back up to the hotel to speak with the general manager, and she did say that she will not charge me but will still check the cameras on sure

The hotel itself is very nice very clean very accommodating. The rooms are very comfortable very clean and very cute. However, my stay was disappointing because they had a teenage hockey team staying and the children we’re running and yelling through hallways and stairways at all hours of the night. Didn’t get a good sleep at all. Just couldn’t believe the amount of unsupervised, disrespectful children and where were their parents???

its just a family day out to attend a bday party in michigan, we're tired so we didn't check so much on our surroundings but we know its clean and food is good there

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn Niles, and have already recommended to friends and family when they are in the area. Jerell (sp?) was particularly helpful. The breakfast was satisfying. And having coffee (especially decaf!) available all day was a nice touch. Everything about the Inn was shiny and new! Great locale, too!

We were staying due to a funeral for my father. The hotel was clean, accommodating to our requests to have rooms next door to our family, extra whatever we needed. The hotel was clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the hot breakfast was very well done with ample options for all members of the family.
