Dunes Waterfront Resort

Location is great! Right in the middle or everything in town and was clean. Great view of the water. The Downfall was the bed was really hard and uncomfortable and although the pool was huge, it was only 3 feet deep. Great for little kids, but not for adults wanting to unwind. Also wish they served breakfast cuz there isn’t much close by.

a pretty decent pace to stay. Clean and everything worked. This is on the water with a sand beach but there a re so many boat docks that it is not real attractive, it is good for small children. There are a number of attractions and food shops within an easy walk but to g et real food you will have to drive. Nice indoor swimming pool and hot tub on the top floor.There is a small coffee pot in the room no microwave. The automatic coffee machine down the hall makes terrible coffee. I would prefer a comfortable chair to sit in rather than the typical straight dining rm chair, Overall if we were back in the area we would certainly consider staying here again.

The property was very nice. The indoor pool was perfect for the kids because it was 22” in the shallow end. Perfect for the kids to play in. Be careful for the kids walking near the pool though, the tile gets slippery when wet. The hotel room was well kept. Microwave is in lobby. Overall great experience!

Very pleased. First family vacation! Absolutely perfect spot. Balcony looking at the Sand Dunes and the lake! Walking distance for everything!

The hotel was not clean or up to date. It was loud at night and there was no breakfast served on site. It is more of a party hotel then family oriented.Not happy at all considering the price of the hotel. Rooms were out of date, beds were uncomfortable, and bathroom needs work. Toilet ran all night and had little water pressure in shower. Floor felt dirty.

The place was amazing. I will recommend to family. Will come back definitely.

We enjoyed our stay! The upstairs pool has a lovely view. Staff were very friendly. Happy to recommend to families.
