Upon arrival was greeted pleasantly by front desk and area looks clean and nice. Got keys and were told pool was down after that was the main reason Mer chose this hotel and had called vegire booking to be sure it was up and running based on reviews. SO mad for the children!! Our room looked big and nice at first glance but smelled of smoke. We booked nonsmoking. The floors were sticky dirty withy visible dirt along kitchen baseboards that could easily be cleaned. Dishes is duseasher had rice and food on them. Pull out couch had a stain and a leftover Kleenex and Gatorade lid.

Beautiful hotel and room, great breakfast. We had adjoining rooms perfect for the family. Kitchen is a plus with small children.

We have a large family and we have repeatedly chosen to stay in a one bedroom suite here as it is the most comfortable with the most room in comparison to other hotels in the area from our experience. Also we love the location. We love the service there and the rooms. The cost is typically affordable too. Usually we enjoy breakfast at the hotel but this last time everything was cold and not much variety. Staff was also just in the kitchen not coming out to check or replensish anything so we were out of the staples like milk, cream cheese, hot water. That aside we will continue to stay here and hope these things get worked out.

People doing burnouts in the parking lot, screaming in the parking lot- both happened around 10pm. Staff members passing out paychecks right next to the person attempting to check my family in.

Large rooms and easy parking. Good, complimentary hot breakfast. The rooms were quiet. Free, hot coffee in the lobby. I stayed here once before Covid and it was much cleaner then this stay. The kitchen smelled bad and the sheets smelled like chemicals rather than laundry scent, which kept waking me up. The fridge had spilled beverage in it. The pool looked dirty and the kids couldn’t see their feet when standing in it.

When it takes 70 mins to get a room key that’s horrible. I had 2 tired kids and a wife waiting in the hallway for 35 mins!!!!!! That’s ridiculous and not a good place to stay. All because the original person checking me in screwed up and put me in another persons room and didn’t know how to fix it.

The hotel is located around lots of shopping and dining. We often walked around with our baby to get him out of the hotel room. It was very convenient.

Horrible breakfast was burnt the breakfast attendant told my kids if they dint like it dont eat it, playes were dirty and the general manager Brooke was just as rude!!! The person in next room had a indanr that screamed all night long and we had no remote ro work to our tv until 1130pm worse experience of my life!! Called customer sercice 3 days later I've still heard nothing!
