SpringHill Suites by Marriott East Lansing University Area

The hotel was conveniently located except for the strange entrance from the road. Our stay was great only issues were a smelly refrigerator and them emptying the trash but leaving dirty linens (small child wet the bed) in the room one day. I just brought them down to the front desk and they replaced plus gave us extra towels.

Our family loved our stay at SpringHill Suites. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was GREAT. The staff were very kind and helpful. The pool is tiny and was freezing... but the kids were still happy with it. The only thing we didn't really love about the room was that the opaque bathroom door lets a lot of light through, so that made things a little more difficult traveling with small children, because they would wake up from the light if grownups tried to shower or use the bathroom while they were sleeping. All-in-all through, I *highly* recommend this hotel, and I expect that we will stay there again the next time we need accommodation in the Lansing area!

I had the worst night of sleep. Called main desk twice. there were kids running the halls yelling and having a good old time. Your host tried to get them to settle down. THIS WAS GOING ON ALL EVENING! AT 10:30 WAS MY FIRST COMPLAINT. DID NOY SEE ANY PARENTS AROUND.

Great large rooms, wonderful staff, plenty of room for my college kid, her grandmother and me- her mom! Awesome

It was clean & modern. Spacious bathroom. My family did not like the bright light at night when someone had to use the bathroom.

The walls are paper thin and the hallways is loud. I had the lady next door knock on my door at 930 that my young children were too loud! We’ve stayed at many hotels and never had that problem. Nice hotel but loud and train is loud also!

Stay at this hotel was great! There free breakfast is HUGE with lots of options. The pool is small and no hot tub however it kept my kids occupied for a long time both nights! Only downside to this hotel is the train horn going off every hour. The hotel has no control over it however all of the great things about this hotel will have me again despite the train!

At 8 pm, I was checked into a room that was used by another guest. I realized this after finding two cans of beer in the trash can and using toiletries and towels. At 9 pm when I requested a different room and I had to bring all my things down with my family before checking into another room on the same floor. Unprofessional service and caused inconvenience overall.

Excellent week long stay! WILL ABSOLUTELY STAY THERE AGAIN! Will definitely recommend for family/friends. ALL STAFF were SO FRIENDLY! Room & bathroom was clean & sizeable! Lobby & breakfast area were always clean & stocked. Pool is small but clean & NO heavy chemicals!
