Well maintained, breakfast and midweek social meals were good, internet was ~40 Mbits down consistently. Spacious suite was good for family and the pool/spa was clean and well maintained.

We have no complain about our stay other than the jacked up price during tulip time but that was expected as everywhere else. The lady that check us in was kind and helpful, we’re able to print our boarding passes. Hot tub was cold, but my kids enjoyed the pool and hubby loved sitting out on the patio with fireplace. Breakfast was nothing to brag about but internet was fast. Sofa bed was a single in case you’re planning to sleep 2 out there. Able to get extra towels and blankets for the family. We were able to walk to Nelis Dutch Village and lots of eating places nearby.

Loved everything about my stay here, great breakfast, well stocked rooms, friendly and helpful staff. The only thing I would comment on is that the pool area was very hard to sit in due to the fact that the chlorine was way too strong, it had our eyes burning and my kids eyes burning when they were playing in the pool. They had to get out several times to rinse their eyes with cold tap water or we actually couldn't stay long and play because they were uncomfortable and in pain. Other than that it was truly a great experience.

The room was in great condition. This seems to be a very new hotel. Very clean. friendly staff. I loved having the suite with the separate room so the kids could sleep early. The breakfast was good as well. The location is pretty good. A safe area but some weird traffic patterns nearby.

Was over booked had to split up our family in 2 rooms. I call the night before to confirm too. We booked the 2 bedroom suite months ago. Was not available at check in only the second nite so had to move all our stuff with kids and all again on second day wait 4 hours for room to be ready. Very frustrating.

Our family stay was wonderful and we found the town of Holland to have a lot to see! The staff at Homewood Suites were all polite, kind, courteous and helpful! Thank you and we would stay here again when in town!

The property was overall clean but my room was not clean properly. There was no towel in the bathroom at all. And I realize that when my kids went to the pool after checking in and they didn’t have town by the pool either. I came to room to grab the towel from bathroom and there was no towel there either. I told front desk and they said they don’t have enough staff so it will take 1 hour to laundry the towels. My kids had to wait an hour before they could take shower, was very disappointed and frustrated.

Overall enjoyed staying at Staybridge. Location was great- near stores and Hwy 31. Favorites were the full kitchen in room and courtyard. Front Desk Staff was very helpful and friendly. It might help to inform guests that housekeeping is done at departure and any items can be retrieved at front desk. My family figured this out after first day.

The property is new but seriously understaffed. We had specifically asked for an infant-crib two days before check-in. At the check-in, we were told the lady we had spoken to had forgotten to put it on record and we didn't get any infant-crib. There was no phone in our room. We were told we would receive a refund for all the mess-up but we didn't receive any of that either. Really upset the way our stay was handled by the Staybridge team.

Newly remodeled and clean. People working the front desk were neither helpful or friendly. Stayed in a suite with 4 adults and 3 children under the age of 10. We were out doing things mostly but as soon as we’d come in the people underneath us would complain that we were jumping and banging on the walls which we weren’t doing at all. Instead of trying accommodate both parties the front desk lied and said the room to the left and the right of us were complaining of our noise too even though we were the last room to the right and the room to our left was a storage room. I would feel bad about it if we were making noises but we were mostly eating or watching tv when we were back in our room. It definitely left a bad impression of the hotel.
