The staff at the front desk were great. We had our 11U hockey team stay here and the front desk treated as well and was very patient with our kids. Cleaning staff was just as great and accommodating.

Overall, the stay was good. There were some minor things like the closet light not working, and the bathroom door latch was broken so you were unable to lock the door. The toilet needed some extra attention, but overall the room was clean, the beds were really comfortable, the shower felt great. It was spacious. Due to COVID precautions, there was no housekeeping services, we had to take out our own garbage and ask for more towels. Since we had a young kid the garbage filled up fast, so we had to take some out. But the staff was friendly.

Clean and bright hotel. Friendly staff. The only negative was the pool - very small. It was great for my kids (deep end was just over 4 ft deep) but got very crowded with more than 5 people swimming.
