Went with another family and Bedding was not changed in either room. Visible bodily fluid stains on the sheets. When front desk was informed we were given clean sheets however there were no comforter available to change out and needed to wait for them to be washed and dried. It was 10pm before we had bedding. Dirty run down hotel Breakfast was unexpectedly good very nice area with lots of shopping Front desk man was very friendly Would not return

Room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was decent, some hot items (sausage and omlets), cereal, bagels/bread, and waffle irons, but they ran out of forks and still didn't have any on our 2nd day there. Not a huge deal because i have kids they like using their hands anyway, but for adults..... Beds are firm and had i not been sleeping next to my flailing 10 year old, i would have slept great (brought my own pillow though). Lots of restaurants and things to do in the area. Walking distance to ihop, chilis and target. Pool was not heated and freezing according to my kids and husband. Spa was hot though lol. My only semi complaint is that the room fits 5 people, and we had 5 people, but they only had 2 towels/washcloths. Other places I've stayed were stocked for at least 4 people in the rooms. And they seemed shocked when we asked for more lol. Overall i would stay here again, but not my first choice.

When we first arrived we were greeted by a very friendly staff member. The hotel room we went to had damp bedding. We asked the front desk and he apologized and moved us to another room. The next room was perfect. The breakfast was amazing. The area around the hotel is perfect, target is walking distance and my kids loved the trampoline park within walking distance. Hotel is dated but it was clean.

Super old style rooms and there is a good chance your room will be right next to the pool, and this is one of those hotels where people come for "mini-vacations" with their kids. This means it is LOUD. Doesn't look like anything outside of the mirror and lock has been updated since 2002. Half my lights don't work. At $160+, I way overpaid. Good thing it's just one night and I don't have to be up super early.

Horrible! Holes in hotel rooms doors, holes in the wall of our hotel room, leaky toilets, pool light floating, yes I said, floating in the pool, pool closed, broken vending machines, broken ice machines, kids running crazy through all the halls, paper thin walls… I could go on and on. I will never stay here again!!! 100% disappointed!

Do not stay at this property. First off all the rooms are surrounding the pool, which is open until 10pm but kids were in until after 11. There were several dozen kids in the pool at once which seemed extremely unsafe. There was a whole light and electrical cord hangin out if the pool. Seemed very unsafe. After everyone was out of the pool there were tons of kids just hanging out around pool until almost 2am. There were hairs in the washcloths, hairs and debris in the garden tub, stains on the towels. Then to make matters worse after getting extremely little sleep, we awaken to the fire alarm. Assuming a kid pulled it I went to door and heard, smoke in second floor. So my children and I raced to get out of building just to hear, false alarm. All the while listening to a loud fire alarm for almost an hour after returning to our room. I have never experienced such a bad hotel in my life. Went to restaurant to hear a waitress say they hear horrible things about this hotel ALL the time…

The pool located in the center of the main area was very strange but also very convenient for the children

The family suite is definitely nice if you have kids. The pool is right outside the door. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. The Sunday breakfast is by far the best.

Affordable hotel with a comfortable bed. Breakfast included eggs, sausage, hash browns, cereal, yogurt, Belgian waffle makers and great coffee. Pool and hot tub were ok (jets were broken). Not a luxury getaway, but a nice place to stay while traveling for kids' sports.

Generally a great place to stay and I would stay there again. A couple of things to note: (1) the hotel does cater to some large groups and we had some teenage soccer teams and their families which can get a little crowded and noisy at times but everything was under control, and (2) there was no one available at check out on Sunday morning - only a small basket to place your room key in. I would prefer someone to check me out and provide a receipt. Related to this I was asked at check-in to pay a $20 deposit - just wondering what happens to that?
