The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean. The issue is with room above 208. The floor creaks terribly like an old house when they walk or move. Sounds nuts but it's bad. Noise from children running would have been more tolerable. We arrived at our room late and went to bed. Then realized that the creaking from movement didn't quit. Glad we had ear plugs...lol

The room was a spacious and great room! The kids loved the pool! The breakfast was also great with alot of options to chose from. We would stay at this hotel again!

My husband and I love staying here when we come to Brighton to visit friends. Friendly, clean, best breakfast included, dog friendly. We don’t usually bring our fur babies, but if we wanted too, we would. Close to Target, Panera and downtown shops and restaurants. Conveniently located by expressways.

We chose this location for the pool & hot tub, because kids. The hot tub was lukewarm at best. The room smelled of fryer grease requiring an open window, had opened food in the cupboard. Breakfast was uninspiring. Staff were friendly, easy check-in. I still need to call to find out what the additional $25 charge is for.

The hotel is located near several shops and restaurants which made things super convenient. The suite had a great gally kitchen which made it easy to have lunch in rather than every meal at a restaurant . We were there during a snow storm that knocked the cable out for an evening which made it a bit tricky to stay entertained while indoors. Otherwise good experience and we will stay there again in the future when we visit family in the area

Common areas smelled musty. Room not clean. Large section of vanity snapped off was repaired with tape. No gel in shower. Light bulb burned out. Had to call front desk to stop children from running through the halls for over an hour. Clerk was terse, did not apologize. Room seriously over-priced - today the cost is half of what we paid. Would never stay there again.

Noisy. Two nights of large group with kids up late yelling and running around. Sound travels from the common area all the way down to our room at the end. Then the last night, the room above us had people running and jumping and the sound came through the ceiling way more than I thought it would in a commercial building like that.

Key cards either worked for the room or for the building, never both, often leaving myself or my children locked outside the hotel or room. AC didn’t work, room was 80 degrees, someone finally came to check it out 30 minutes before we were due to check out. Pool gave my kids chemical burn and nobody even attempted to contact me after I reported this to the front desk and the corporate number-which I was told I “could probably find online somewhere” when the front desk couldn’t find the number. Prong broken off in electrical outlet that was at ground level by the door to the room. Nobody ever came to address that either despite being told they would be there first thing the next morning.

A fight between guests broke out in the pool area and the phone in the pool area didn't work to call for help. We were there to celebrate my young son's birthday - he just wanted to swim! We no longer felt comfortable in the pool area, and felt like while the staff was pleasant, they need to have working phones and make handling an experience like this a smoother experience. I'm disappointed we had to pay for an experience that didn't meet our birthday kid's expectations!

Took the kids and they had a Blast between the pool and the spa!!! We then hit the lake and enjoyed the Sun then on to Tanger outlet for the shopping spree We had such a blast
