The room was not very clean and the furniture was worn down. The digital room keys for the hotel do not work. I was told by hotel staff that they haven’t worked for quite some time. Also, the room was non-smoking, but reeked of cigarette smoke, which greatly aggravated the allergy issues my family deals with. I was told by hotel staff to try opening the window to let the room air out, which did not help.

2e were there for my dad's funeral. We had rooms for four of our children. Everything was nice. Staff were friendly and compassionate. We have stayed there before. It is always clean, quite, and in a good location.

beautiful hotel. it was very comfortable and clean. We came in for a family wedding which went on a little late, so we found this last minute. I wish we had stayed the night before too, when we came in. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. My only negative comment was that one of the draws would not close. But it did not take away from our stay.
