Home2 Suites by Hilton Battle Creek

Referred here by family who know i like Home2Suites hotels. But room 212 was just unacceptable! The bed looked like it hadnt been refreshed, pillows sheets wrinkled, end of sheets not tucked. But worse the customer in room above stomped all evening and morning for my entire stay. The floors must be improved or all guests on top floor. Unacceptable for this price.

we were intown for a home going. the hotel was very clean and comfortable. we had a suite for our family, and it was very nice. spacious and clean. I would definitely stay at this Hotel again.

Very new updated room! All the amenities! Full kitchen etc… also the front desk guy was a delight! Thanks Franklin for making us feel like family!

I am disappointed that the rooms did not have soft, comfortable bedding. And when I asked for soft blankets that were not bleached and hard on your skin. I was told there are no other blankets except for mattress covers that are used as a blanket on the beds. I went out to the store and purchased my own blanket to sleep with. The pool towels in the pool area are small and cannot cover the body and we’re also very dry and harsh to the skin. I did go to the pool for a swim, but it was very cold in the water. I asked at the front desk if the pool is heated and they said it was when checking. When checking in they asked if I had any concerns and I said I wanted a room away from the elevators, no kids, and no dogs. I am on the fourth level and there is currently a large dog barking in the room across from me and disrupting our stay. When I went to complain at the front desk, I was told by the worker that she is only a front desk person and cannot handle any complaints and I will have to speak to the general manager, which is not available. I stayed here last year and enjoyed my stay, but I do not think I will come back. Also while at the front desk, other hotel Guest came down to complain about the dog.

Only in town 1 night for family funeral. Was pleased with the comfortable beds and the cleanliness of the room. Still thought it was a bit pricey though for 1 night.

Room was nice, pool water was really cold so hard to let kids enjoy for too long. Breakfast was average.

The best hotel stay we have had. The staff was friendly and attentive. Always greeting us when we came by. They changed the tv station in the bfast area when our grandkids would show up to I kid appropriate shows. Our room was nice and comfortable the kitchen is very handy The grandkids loved the indoor pool Thanks for a nice week at your hotel

Front reception area was very clean and welcoming, easy check-in. My room was immaculately clean, in great condition and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable! This is my second time staying here to visit family and will stay here again in future!

Very nice hotel. It was an extremely busy weekend and the lone employee at the desk was overwhelmed but it didn’t detract from our stay. The room was spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. The only minor issues were that our bathroom fan did not work and the deadbolt on the door was extremely hard to engage/release. Overall, a nice hotel for a traveling family. We’ll definitely be back.

Traveled to pick up my new fur child, staff were extremely helpful. Facilities were clean and accomidating.
