Hampton Inn & Suites Watertown Boston

I was impressed at the size of the room. It is easily double if not triple the size of most hotel rooms I've had. Overall the room was very neat and week kept, offering a counter area with fridge, coffee machine and sink. If me and my family stay in the Boston area again I will definitely be booking my stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Pet friendly was a plus! 🙂

Good for families, clean and comfortable

Very clean hotel, great for a family. Easy parking. Reasonable prices. Would stay again.

Everything was good as presented ahead of time with the exception of the complimentary continental breakfast . They told us at the front desk the night before that wood be available from 6:00 AM thru 11:30 AM. That was closed at 9;30 AM and our family missed their breakfast because of that.

Good location. Parking is way overpriced ($30 a day) and not well-displayed when booking. Beds were great and room was clean. I don't like totally clear shower doors because you don't have privacy when showering and someone else is getting ready in the bathroom. My biggest frustration was the $30 a day parking. In the first place, that's ridiculously expensive. I thought the charge would be triggered by the gate and charged if we used it. Well we parked at our family's place and had them get us several times, so we didn't even use the parking and we still got charged. I inquired at check out about the charge and was told she "was sorry but couldn't do anything about it" but she could have if I'd let her know earlier in the week. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and kept very clean by the attendants. The selection was typical for Hampton Inn (which is to say it's better than many hotels with a breakfast buffet). Very clean hotel and I'd recommend it. Just remember you'll get screwed by the $30 day parking.

Perfect place for family. Very clean and comfortable. I liked decor with the Watertowns painting.

Great location for visiting family nearby

Such a wonderful staff! It is absolutely the best Hampton we’ve ever stayed at. From the cleanliness to the best breakfast to the lobby lounge area- to thr location! So much in the area no need to drive - Starbucks chipotle bars restaurant grocery store movie theatre - and excellent will stay again - quick 10 min Uber to Cambridge to visit our child
