Very clean and modern to stay with family. No noice would highly recommend. Except the breakfast area the staff could be bit attentive. The juice machine was out of order 2 days in a row during our stay. orange juice was running out and was not filled frequently. And half and half go the morning coffee. Otherwise good place.

There was a lot of kids in the pool and they were so loud we couldnt even use the pool and enjoy it. But thats not anything the hotel did, thats just people letting their kids run wild. The rest of our experience at this hotel was perfect!!!! Highly recommend!!

The hotel was very nice, and I would defiantly stay again. Breakfast was good but the pool was having some issues with the celling bubbling up, so they had a blower going with no caution around it and the kids kept trying to play with it. Also, you should have a couple tables with chairs at the pool instead of the lounge chairs easier for family to sit and your towels need to be a bit bigger :) They barely fit around the 5 yr. old :)

This was a nice hotel, friendly staff, clean and new. Very comfortable. A good choice. The only disappointment was that they didn't include a hot tub in the pool room, which would have been very nice for me while my kids played in the pool. The pool is nice, though. This place is a good choice.

We prefer staying at Hampton Inn over some of the other local places because they take such good care of their property and guests. We visit Woburn quite often as we have lots of family and friends in the area so if there is availability at your establishment that is where we stay. we also recommend it to all our family and friends

Nice and seemingly new hotel with great staff. All good except we unfortunately got a room that on the last night had a drip drip drip hitting our ceiling in the middle of the night and making it hard to sleep. I reported it, so hope it gets fixed soon. Another family we were with had their power go out. So, nice, but at least two of the rooms seem to have some construction issues.

This was a family trip, visiting the city for the first time, the hotel was great, clean, room was good, property was convenient to the highway. Would stay again.
