It was ok. They do not provide daily house cleaning service. We asked for fresh towels and received a bag of towels dumped right at the entrance of our room. They provide free buffet breakfast until 10 am and they are not kidding. The staff started putting food away a 10 am sharp even though there is a line of people that have been waiting 30 mins. The kitchen staff is inefficient and slow to replenish food at the buffet, which resulted in a long wait line.

The hotel was very convenient to Boston. This is our second time staying here. We like it because it has lots of dinning, shopping and stores around to get to. Also the complimentary breakfast was a Plus, good selections, clean area to eat and organized. But this time the room we stayed in wasn't properly cleaned, behind the bed was dirty with food crumbs and we killed a spider. The bathroom wasn't cleaned well also especially the toilet. It has a wet/damp smell. Overall it was a decent hotel to stay with kids and close to many locations, the room just needed to be cleaned better.

I didn’t like that the bathroom door was a sliding door as opposed to a door that closed and locked. The bathroom was also not kid friendly. Our five year old could not reach the hand soap or sink faucet. There should have at least been a stool for her to stand on so she could wash her hands and brush her teeth.

Very clean and modern to stay with family. No noice would highly recommend. Except the breakfast area the staff could be bit attentive. The juice machine was out of order 2 days in a row during our stay. orange juice was running out and was not filled frequently. And half and half go the morning coffee. Otherwise good place.

There was a lot of kids in the pool and they were so loud we couldnt even use the pool and enjoy it. But thats not anything the hotel did, thats just people letting their kids run wild. The rest of our experience at this hotel was perfect!!!! Highly recommend!!

The hotel was very nice, and I would defiantly stay again. Breakfast was good but the pool was having some issues with the celling bubbling up, so they had a blower going with no caution around it and the kids kept trying to play with it. Also, you should have a couple tables with chairs at the pool instead of the lounge chairs easier for family to sit and your towels need to be a bit bigger :) They barely fit around the 5 yr. old :)

This was a nice hotel, friendly staff, clean and new. Very comfortable. A good choice. The only disappointment was that they didn't include a hot tub in the pool room, which would have been very nice for me while my kids played in the pool. The pool is nice, though. This place is a good choice.
