Courtyard by Marriott Woburn/Boston North

Let me tell you one of the best Hotels Ive stayed in. They messed up by not giving us the same room the 2nd night and we couldnt stay in our room b/c there was a bride and groom staying there that night. The manager upgraded our room to 2 rooms connected and gave us breakfast vouchers. The breakfast was soooo good get the home fries you will not be disappointed. The rooms were clean, the pool was great and the service was even better. The rest of our family stayed at another hotel and thet were so unhappy. So im so glayed we dicided to stay here. Target is only 7mins away and restaurants down the road. I wish I was in Boston more often I would stay here all the time!! Thank you for making our trip as a fun memorable experience.♡

The hotel in itself was very nice looking, the beds were comfortable and the room was nice. When I checked in they asked me if I wanted my room cleaned every day & since I have a toddler I said yes, we got our room cleaned ONCE in five days of staying there! No free breakfast EVERYTHING we wanted to eat had to be bought, even the coffee! So upselled and NOT WORTH the price, the food was subpar! Also, mu daughter who traveled with us decided to pay for her own room once we got there, I paid through hotels, they charged my card and not hers, seriously?! Just was not. Great place to stay, especially for the price and the name in itself. The clerk who checked us in was the only nice person the whole to we were there.

I stay in Boston often because kid’s college is here. Woburn has always been our place to stay because it’s conveniently located 20-25 minutes outside of Boston. We now have another “go to.” When I woke up, I was surprised to see a full parking lot because I honestly heard no one and thought the hotel was just empty. Beyond peaceful and the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in for years. I saw a few complaints about traffic before booking but honestly, it is just outside a major city. What would you expect. My room looked out to the parkway/turnpike and I barely heard much. Definitely staying here again. Thank you!

Room needs renovation, kids loved the tv channels

We were staying due to a death in the immediate family. The hotel accommodated an early check in which allowed us to take a little bit of time after traveling to shower, change and rest for a few minutes before afternoon services. The staff was friendly. The room had just had the carpets cleaned so they were bit damp in one place, but the room was immaculate. We would definitely stay here again as it is close to the 128/93 exchange. Many thanks for the hospitality.

Young children were roaming the halls and screaming until12:00 to 1:00 pm. Check in was a joke. The manager told us there were no clean rooms and we would have to wait. After half a hour the manager finally gave us a room. Will not be staying at this hotel ever again.

I am very upset about my trip! I even more upset I never heard from management! We needed to hunt a maid down for towels as the room was not prepped for 4 people! We also had to move Saturday night (Sunday morning) due to a mouse being in our room! I was angry and disgusted! I left a note for management to save face of the company but I should of spoke out loud. This was extremely embarrassing for me since this was a surprise gift to my sister for her 50th Birthday! I will be sharing a review online too! I will also plan to let the company I work for know! Management never called me after leaving my information at the desk! The room they moved us too was a handicap room! I’m embarrassed and I’m very angry! I was exhausted and just wanted to go to sleep. Instead I had to pack my room up and move to another floor! At that point I wanted to just leave! I was also angry with the Front desk! I called several times and no answer so I had to walk down! The response was we are booked and I don’t have a room for you! I know they save room aside! There are just no words! I saw the girl write the note so they must of thrown it away! Never heard from anyone and when I called after not hearing I was told they would call me! I’m really upset this was suppose to be a fun trip! My family wanted to drive home after finding that mouse! No one would even come to try and remove it! I’m disgusted!!!

My room was near the elevator and there were high school aged kids roaming the hallways and knocking on doors all night. Horrible experience

Great experience! Very large rooms. Perfect for our family.
