Hampton Inn & Suites Boston/Waltham

The hotel was clean, staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, breakfast was amazing, they have these dinner options you can order which was delicious especially since I am a chef myself. The One drawback that I had was housekeeping came in on our first day there and we were missing one of our blankets that we brought in and they said they didn’t take it. I told them they better go find it because it was a $300 blanket and a Christmas present And 10 minutes later, housekeeping comes back with it. I don’t know if it was the language barrier, but that was the only drawback. Other than that, we had an amazing time. I would definitely book again when I go back up in October and next year for our family vacations.

The hotel is a best place for family vacation. We found a beautiful reservation near hotel. It’s good place too for drive and walk in the morning. The breakfast was good and there were foods, fruits, yogurt, bread and coffee. It was free. Thanks for the kind staffs.

The gentleman at the front desk who greeted us and checked us in was lovely. Clean room great breakfast. The pool was too cold for for my kids who love a good polar plunge, and we could hear every footstep from the people above us - but to be fair they might have been stompers. Other than that everything was excellent!

They aloud a college baseball team to stay next to us with 5 guys per room and they partied all night and made my families stay miserable.

Very clean, professional staff, Breakfast could be better but overall very satisfied with the quality and cleanliness of the place. My whole family liked the place very much.

The hotel is in an extremely convenient yet quiet location with free and no hidden fee parking. The Lobby is spacious with character and decorated with old radios. Comfortable furniture in the dinning ng area with free breakfast with real egg omelettes, waffles, etc. and all day tea and coffee. The 24 hour fitness center is well equipped with personal trainer designed equipment including a functional trainer, the best one piece does all piece of equipment. A nice pool and business center complete the ground floor. The rooms while not the biggest are more functional and better designed than most with the best, mattress and pillows and bedding of the last four hotels we have stayed in. The bathroom is spacious, well designed with pull out shelves for personal items and real metal not plastic key faucets. The shower is spacious with an excellent shower with great plumbing and a stability/safety bar on the wall. More towels than some hotels these days with a toilet alcove with Angel soft two ply home not the usual hotel quality toilet paper. The reception staff, the maintenance people and cleaning staff were attentive and responsive to our needs. Black out shades on the windows.The only negative issue was children, obviously, in the room above ours stomping on the floor and slamming doors maybe to get.

Great place to stay with a baby!

This property was amazing! I will absolutely come here again. We arrived early and were able to check in. We had a bunch of other dance families stay here at once. The staff was absolutely phenomenal. I can’t phrase this place enough!

We were attending a family event in Weston and this location was an easy commute. There were several options for dining: at the hotel or at one of the surrounding restaurants.

Visited Boston and Holy Cross (Worcester) with my son. Hotel and staff were really nice and customer-focused. Some guest, however, did not do a good job controlling their kids and made the staff’s jobs unnecessarily difficult.
