had a terrible stay at this hotel. junior suite on third floor is situatied over an alley where deliveries happen at all hours of the morning. Were woken up at 5/30am and continually throughout the night with ear plugs in. Called down to ask if this would continue onto our second night. She said she'd call me back. No one ever called me back. Just spoke to CEO of the hotel group and he couldn't be bothered with helping people "can't control what happens on a public road.." etc. really could not have had a more inhospitable attitude towards guests

We enjoyed our stay. Parking was easy and the staff was wonderful. Our room (junior suite) was large and comfortable for four people. Perfect location to walk to anything in Salem.

We like to stay here when we come to visit family. Parking is easy . It is nice and quiet too. The only complaint was when the heat came on at night it was kind of loud. Other than that it was very comfortable. We would stay here again.

The location very central. Not worth the money for a junior suite. We overlooked a work area. Hotel is not waterfront. The restaurant/ bar was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel is perfectly located for easy access to everything in down town Salem. The room was clean and very quiet. The pub was nice. Food was good. Wait staff amazing. I was not at all disappointed. This is my first time in Salem and I was looking for a hotel that would give me the feeling of charm convey the experience of being in a waterfront area. This was it. No kids running up and down the hall ways. Just quiet calm. My only complaint is thatbthere qa sno fridge in the room. We were told that they were renovating so maybe that will be fixed. FANTASTIC HOTEL.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool area was nice & perfect for kids. The location was central to everything in Salem and easy to walk to all of the shops, restaurants and museums. We really enjoyed our stay.

Really cozy, clean, and convenient if you are a traveling professional or vacationing. Free parking! Lovely if you are visiting Salem and enjoy classic decor. Not a young persons vibe - more family vibe. Only slightly negative experience was the heating/air conditioning. I think it was manual only not by thermostat.

Perfect for children. Room are in need of refresh. Overall good.
