Pequot Hotel

Very personable and memorable. This hotel was outstanding. I initially booked a room for me and then had family join me. The Pequot was able to accommodate and didn’t charge me extra. Parking is free and on the street. The location is about 2 blocks from the beach, and the hotel provides beach chairs and towels that guests may borrow. The free breakfast includes a choice of cereal/milk, oatmeal with toppings, fruit, yogurt, muffins, breads/bagels, and quiche. We appreciated the free coffee/tea/lemonade available throughout the day! They also offered a free guided walking tour of Oak Bluffs, Friday night music with wine and cheese, and pour-your-own mimosas on Sat. Unfortunately, my dad wasn’t feeling well after we checked out, but some good Samaritans and staff helped get him to the car, and Lisa (the kind-hearted manager) gave us the option to extend our stay and asked us to let her know that we made it home.
