MV Surfside Hotel

We only stayed here one night as we were checking into a vacation rental when the whole family arrived the next day. The property is quite and clean. Be aware that some rooms do not have a view; you get what you pay for. The best part was the location and walkability.

Stayed at MV Surfside for 1 nite 6/15. Right off the ferry & so convenient to walking anywhere. We were so pleasantly surprised with room. Spacious and clean. Separate bedroom and trundle bed for kids. Little kitchen area. Large bathroom w/ 2 entrances. Loved sitting out front, reading and watching ferry come and go. Staff were all very nice. We were able to leave our bags on checkout day while we walked around for a few hours before ferry. Only downside I would say is in room w/ trundle bed (main room) it was VERY bright at night. Shades in door didn’t block out all lite from outside lights and also skylight in kitchen. My kids were so tired tho I don’t think they minded! Overall we loved it here and would recommend to anyone. Cute little garden area as well with lots of seating. Very happy with our stay!

We had a wonderful yet quick stay at Surfside. Our hosts treated us like family and gave us all the advice and service we needed for a great overnight visit. Only steps from the ferry, restaurants and shopping. You really can't beat it.
