Had an amazing weekend staff was really nice the entire hotel was so clean the pool was phenomenal! The breakfast was so delicious wish they had lunch or dinner would be nice. we were greeted with cookies they were the best! I already recommended family and friends

The location was good for us. Our first night there, a group of kids and parents arrived at 1 a.m. and proceeded to run up and down the halls creating havoc and waking up my wife and I, who had just arrived that evening on a flight from Florida. We were the first room next to the front desk and no one told the kids to be quiet. I was going to call the desk but they calmed down about 1:30.

Definitely my go-to place the staff are amazing greet you like family even remember my name just a comfortable environment laid back.

Everything started out good until the noise started happening in my room. I called the front desk. He was extremely rude. He asked me if I wanted to switch rooms. I told him I couldn’t switch rooms because I had minor children and one was two years old. I asked him if there was a way we can fix it. He gave me nothing but attitude, so I hung up on him because his attitude was ridiculous. I then proceeded to walk down to the front desk to figure out what was going on and his attitude was horrendous. I videotaped the whole entire thing. He refused to give me the corporate number. He refused to give me anybody above him. He told me that the hotel was privately owned, and I can do whatever is I wanna do he choose me of being homeless and that’s why I was staying in the hotel when in actuality, I was there to celebrate. Once I find the number to corporate, I will be sending them this video of my stay with this horrendous night auditor who was so unprofessional I would’ve fired him on the spot

I booked this hotel because it had good reviews and reasonable prices in that area. However, it is a terribly dated and poorly kept property. The musty smell of our room reminded me of my cabin when I went to summer camp as a child. Adding to the dissatisfaction, there were a number of teenage sports teams, staying there for a local tournament. Unfortunately, most of these adolescents were unsupervised, and noisily running amok in the hallways. I don’t know that that’s necessarily the hotels fault. But somebody should have been looking after them.

Nice hotel for the price . Laurie at the front desk did an amazing job with making sure my family and I had a pleasant stay . The pool is clean and warm with plenty of seating.

The noise of guests slamming doors,youths playing football in the parking lot yelling and screaming 11:15 PM.young children running amok throught the hallways and up and down the stairs,yea 1200.Canadian dollars not well spent here.I have to say the front desk staff responded to my complaint of the youths playing football screaming and yelling at 11:15 pm and got them to stop.

We stayed here for a family wedding . For the price I feel that the hotel could use some updating . The lobby was pretty but the back halls could use some work. Annoyed that they didn’t have an elevator . For the price I thought it would be better .

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Everything went well. The toilets and sinks were set pretty low to the floor so we were not sure if that was a standard thing or if we got an accommodation room. But we were okay.

The cutest hotel decorated with holiday decorations. My kids had a blast with the indoor pool. What made it stand out was the staff . The breakfast was great and hat every option you would want . This will be my go to for a family weekend .
