The hotel and the staff at the pool and front desk were awesome! No complaints about the hotel at all.
I did get a $100 ticket for my meter running out & resident parking so I should have just paid the $65 hotel parking instead.
Just came for the weekend for the roof top pool with kids even though we are local we wanted to stay in the city and hang out.
I wish the roof top pool staff would have told us about having a kids menu even though it wasn’t offered at all on any menu could of saved me at least $200 in food and drinks for them!
A $17 hot dog is absurd. $19 for a virgin mango slushy. The menu is crazy! Food was good but not worth the $. Hotel had ice cold lemon water/water on deck and sunscreen & towels galore.

Good place to stay in winter as it's adjacent to Prudential/Copley indoor malls--room to walk inside in cold weather. Room service was good, beds very comfortable. Our tv wifi was out of service, wifi spotty. Hotel waived fee. Bathroom updated but had a bit of mold behind sink and in shower. Water pressure good. Coffee maker, mini fridge were convenient. Coffee maker could use an update. Overall relatively quiet and easy with a family. Good location.

The Hotel was great as always. It was clean and the rooms spectacular. But the Restaurant Lucie was terrible. The wait staff were the worst I have seen in my life. I could not believe the poor service nor their condescending attitude toward me and my family. I will never stay there again because of it.

Nice property with great, central location, walkable to Prudential shopping center, Northeastern University and their sports arenas, Mary Eddy Library, Symphony, and a bit further but walkable to Boylston and Newbury Streets.
Friendly staff, great lobby and adjacent restaurants. Parking on site. Rooms could use a bit more punch on the decor side, but still nice. Would recommend for families, friends or couples.

One of the primary reasons we chose this hotel was because of the rooftop deck and pool. Right after we checked in, we went up to the top level to check out the pool area and one of the hotel staff members gave us a very hard time about the rooftop being for "hotel guests only". He grilled us hard about what room we were staying in and our names and acted like he didn't believe us even when giving our info. There was another family right behind us coming up the stairs to the pool area and they asked if he needed their info too. He said "no, you're fine". Not sure why he targeted me and my family like we didn't belong, but it was completely unprofessional and inappropriate. For almost $500 for a 1 night stay I wouldn't have expected anything less than a fully accommodating experience. The real insult to injury is that they charge a "Facility Fee" for the facilities they try to prevent you from using. If you need to stay in the Back Bay area, my recommendation in this price point is to go with the Hilton, Sheraton, or Marriot.

The food, pool, showers and family experience would definitely bring us back to visit again.

I arrived at the hotel and found out I was assigned to a room with one bed not two which I needed as I was traveling with two kids. The hotel concierge apologized gave some options. I went up to the assigned room to get ready for a concert while at that concert the concierge assigned me to another appropriate roo despite the hotel seemingly being full before I left. The concierge called me while at concert to tell me I was all sat and then again after as I was headed back staying he was wair Bf with the new keys. Every staff member I met was very helpful. It is located right out of the prudential exit off the mass pike. Perfect spot. The pool deck opens at 9 giving me a couple hours to enjoy before i checked out at 11. There is also a fantastic lunch breakfast place across the street named Press. I will always stay here while in Boston.

Hotel staff was great and the location is perfect. The people next door rented a room for their teenage kids and they were loud (all night), cussing and completely out of control. Complaints to the front desk did nothing. It really made our stay terrible, I should've switched hotels.

Perfectly located, easy, nice, excellent staff. They brought a dog bed and dog bowl and very welcoming to my furry children. Spotless room with very comfortable bed. See you again soon.

Very nice hotel, clean, convenient to everything. We had connecting rooms which is a huge plus for a family of four. Loved the fireplace in the lobby.
