Everything went well until this morning when the water was shut off. No note, no message. My family had to use the restroom at the mall attached to the hotel. We won’t ever go back there!

I like where the property was located. I was able to walk from the nearby university where my child was, on a college trip. I also like the access to the mall. I will stay again. I just hope the renovations will be done next time

The location was very convenient for all of our activities. The pru was a short walk from within the hotel. Our plan was to do the new pru observatory, eataly, and the museum of science and this couldn’t have worked more perfect. The high floor views were great for the kids as was the pool

This hotel was beautiful and in the perfect location, attached to the Prudential. The staff was wonderful and our kids loved the pool!

Staff very much in the holiday spirit and kind words to our young grandchildren for our family Christmas Event to attend Boston Pops. There was a mix up on the room accommodations and front desk upgraded us to lovely arrangements for the family.

This property needs serious updates. The room smelled damp and moldy. The hotel’s resolution for this was to send housekeeping up to spray a solution which lasted for about 10 minutes. There is likely mold in the rooms. My kids enjoyed the pool but it looked like the water was half full.

I like staying at Sheraton because it’s connected to shopping without walking outside and has a pool. Also, it’s walking distance to my childs college. It’s spacious.

Fantastic location, views, and staff!! Great rooms for families - we had a king with a separate sitting room with pull-out couch. Spacious room and clean!

We were told at 3 o’clock the two rooms reserved we’re ready. At 4 o’clock only one room was ready and the other was being cleaned. We were told the room would be ready soon and they would call us to check in. We went out to dinner walked around the city and came back to the hotel at 8:30 so we can get a room clean up and go to bed. Unbeknownst to us The hotel gave a room away and there was no room for us to stay. After a lengthy discussion they put us in a new room. The hotel gave us “we are sorry“ and I had to fight to get for free continental breakfast for our trouble. The problem is that we have a party of seven with three children. The staff’s lack of understanding and unwillingness to accept their failures was bizarre. I will never stay in this hotel again
