Boston Park Plaza

I purchased 3 rooms for all of our family. 2 out of the 3 rooms were very small. The other one was remodeled. Our bathroom was so small you could barely move. The thermostat didn't work the whole time so our room was so hot. Our phone didn't work in the room so I had to go find extra towels each day

The service was great and the room was clean and lovely...but we had a connecting door and it had zero sound proofing. Maybe its not so bad if your family /friends have a connecting room, but we could hear full-blown conversations at night and it kept me up. It didn't ruin our otherwise lovely stay, but I wish I'd known prior.

I was a great deal considering the location and price. Walking into the wonderfully decorated lobby, me and my kids had a great first impression. More importantly I thought the staff excellent from start to finish. I plan to stay there again when I go back to Boston for more exploring.

The hotel was in an excellent location to explore Boston. The room was far beneath our expectations however. There was food on the carpet, the tub had hair in it and I was really disappointed that the hotel claims to be environmentally friendly, but they had plastic cups in the bathroom and in the room instead of glassware. The Best Western we stayed at at least had glassware and far better bathroom than the Boston Park Plaza. The bathroom had no space to set toiletries and the tub drained so slowly that I was essentially standing in a tub of water as I showered. You also had to use a QR code to look at any information about your room and the hotel. This proved very difficult for my elderly father when he was just trying to find information about how to order room service while we were at a ball game. This hotel was a splurge for the 3 generations of our family that stayed there and it honestly wasn't as nice as the Best Western we stayed in our first night of our trip :(

Great family location - close to the park. Lovely staff who were very polite and courteous to myself/husband as well as my two young girls.

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 kids (ages 7 and 12). The hotel is beautiful and in a great location, walking distance to the Public Garden, Newbury Street and other sites. Dominique at the front desk was so friendly and checked us in earlier which was so appreciated. Josh at the Concierge desk was helpful and funny! He arranged a tour around the city for us that was wonderful and he had a lot of knowledge about the city. Rooms were clean, pretty and comfortable! Would stay again for sure!

Check in is at 3pm. Hotel room.was not ready at 7pm when we showed up. When they did get a room ready it was not what we paid for. We booked a suite with a.king bed and pull out couch. They tried to give us a room with one bed for a family of 4.

This hotel is clearly iconic and has many beautiful features. The rooms however are tiny and the bathrooms are beyond tiny. We took a room with 2 Queens for our family of 4 and were on top of each other. No counter in the bathroom, could not close the door if you were sitting on the toilet. Could barely open my suitcase. But the building itself is spectacular and the staff is lovely. Location is wonderful as well.

This is old hotel with very small tiny rooms. I paid extra price to upgrade to superior bigger room but it was very small room and tiny old bathroom with very small bed costing me over $350 a night. This hotel is old significantly overpriced and not worthy the high cost. The hotel reception staff made several unauthorized large changes and holds on my Amex resulting from the hotel staff errors . This hotel doesn’t even offer basic bottled of water in the room with no simple needed items in the room and or in the bathroom. Some of the hotel staff are good and try to help us during our stay but most of the other staff are inexperienced and can not help you to resolve any simple issues. I booked 3 rooms for my family attending wedding near by and This was my first and will be the last time me and or my family will book and or stay in this hotel. Summary: old hotel with Very Tiny rooms, bathroom and small bad Very expensive and not worth the price , cost and or the time.

Good location, easy to get around, comfortable room, well appointed. There wasn't a proper desk in the room, which would have been better to have, but I was able to make due with what was provided. I was in town for a family member's college graduation, so the convenient location and accommodations were just what I needed. Thanks.
