Overall, our stay worked for us. We had a bay view with beautiful sunsets, was in walking distance to the beach local restaurants, so we didn't have to always get in the car. We were here for a Lacrosse tournament which was only 5 minutes down the road, so the location was perfect for us. The kids had a great time in the pool and there was a lot of outdoor seating and lounging. My only negative comment was our bathroom was not very clean. It looked like someone had shaken up a soda and opened in all over the walls, light fixtures, etc. and it was never wiped down. The floor and shower also didn't look very clean.

Parking lot is full or construction equipment and no overhead lighting. Parking lot is very far away from the hotel and the parking is very limited. During the daytime hours it is fine but very limited handicapped spots as well. At night, it is very hard to find parking due to the hotel sharing a parking lot with Denny’s and the movie theater. Additionally the construction equipment and the dumpsters are in the front of the parking lot where customers can safely park close the building. It’s fine under normal circumstances but with small children, at night it’s not ideal.

Location was very convenient to all surrounding attractions. I got the suite for me and my 3 kids and it was the perfect size as they had their own space and i had my own space also. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel which was great and the pool was fun for the kids. Overall this was a great hotel for a small 3 day get-away.

Wonderful place to stay. Staff was great, snack and drink shop next to the main desk in lobby, across the main street from the beach, nice and clean rooms. Only negative was children were a tad loud running up and down the halls and slamming there doors.

Clean and good value for the money. Conveniently located next to Dennny's and kids loved the pool! Heated indoor pool and awesome hot tub!

I was surprised that I even considered a 2 star hotel. However, the reviews from prior guest is what captured my attention. I loved that this hotel was animal and smoke free. I had beautiful view of the bay-side. It was literally a short walk across the street, to the beach. We weren't on the boardwalk, but it didn't matter. There were lots of folks and plenty of space to enjoy the ocean view. *Note the boardwalk isn't that far from the Comfort Inn, but from what I was told by other guess, you’ll probably have to pay for parking up that end of the beach. The Comfort Inn, itself was clean. I enjoyed my nights rest on the King size bed in the room. Also, we were minutes away from all sorts of activities that you could either walk or drive to. I would definitely recommend the Comfort Inn to my family and friend's.

My family and I had arrived late. The room had a wet spot on the floor. We Call the front desk to inform them so we would not be blamed. Woke up in early in the morning to a leak in the room and soaked carpet. All they did was switch our room. The first room they offered was literally next door to where we were. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. I think this hotel has the worst customer service i've ever experienced in my life!

I was greeted by Cheryl, she was very professional. I had to walk away from the desk she said no worries she processed my check in and when I got back she had my keys ready. Everything was very convenient I was able to grab last minute items from rite aid take the kids to the movies grab them some breakfast from Denny's on the property. I plan to stay there again in the future.

For a budget beach weekend, this was a fine choice. I saw reviews about mice and roaches and I did not see that at the hotel. I did see lots of kids and so we fit in well. It was not loud and I did not see people partying or anything like that. The beds were very comfy. But it is hard to keep sand out of bathrooms. If I was to stay here again, I would also bring my own larger trash bag in order to keep the room cleaner and organized.

This was a spur of the moment trip for my family and I. We enjoyed the hotel and the employees were all so friendly. Especially the lady working the front desk August 5. She was phenomenal. I appreciate her more than she knows.
