Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Ocean City, MD

This is our 3rd time at the hotel. Overall the cleanliness of the hotel was fair. I usually wipe down our hotel room before my family gets comfortable. The carpets across the entire hotel are due for a change. Stained and dirty looking. The breakfast is typical free breakfast where the most edible item are the waffles. The gym is extremely small so do not expect much. The pool is also small and not heated. Luckily when we went to the pool there wasn’t many people there. But it would feel cramped if they are more than 10 people. The proximity to the beach is very accessible. Once you cross the street it is a quick walk to the beach which is convenient. For the price (if booked at a decent time before your arrival date) you get a basic room with good proximity to the beach. Ultimately you get what you pay for.

This was my second stay at this location. They put an emphasis on cleanliness and politeness. I would recommend the Country Inn and Suites to all of my family and friends.

Quick family trip, 1st time staying here and I’m SO happy we did!! The room was so clean, fresh, and modern!! The free breakfast was absolutely amazing! Finally found our go-to place for next time!

This is our 3rd stay here and we’ll for sure be back. We booked a premium king room so we had more living space for my littles. The premium king has a stand up shower so no tub but we made it work with the baby tub we bought. They even have coin laundry on the second floor. We’ll definitely be back for another stay

Location of where the hotel is very convenient. Overall cleanliness was good. My kids and I went to the pool twice and it was clean so that was great. This is my second time visiting this hotel and I don't have many complaints. If I am ever in the OC, MD area I will be back!

Very nice hotel. Clean with good location. The breakfast was delicious. The pool wasn’t warm enough for the season to swim but the hotel is very good for family with kids overall. I recommend it.

We only stayed one night over Thanksgiving, but it was convenient to family, reasonably priced, and had excellent facilities for the price range, even though we didn't really take advantage of any during this stay. The desk staff was polite, knowledgeable and helpful.

Third night stay, second year coming to hotel. Clean friendly staff nice breakfast to start your day with family. If you don’t like what they serve. May is next door. Denny’s is up the street two locations on the street. Best ice cream next door to hotel. Plenty of places for lunch and dinner. Pleasant stay☺️

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Staff are unorganized. Overall it was a disaster. We were given keys to a room. Tracked up to the room with my family and my luggage. Keys didn’t work. Went back down to front desk got new keys. Went back up to same room. Meet the family that was already staying in the room. Yes, that’s right THE ROOM WAS OCCUPIED!!!! Very awkward for both families. Went back down to the front desk AGAIN. Got keys for a different room. This one was empty thankfully! Not once did anyone ever apologize. My family felt very uncomfortable in our tiny hotel room. And did not sleep well because we couldn’t help but wonder if someone might be given keys to our room. We did not feel safe. We never had our room cleaned while we were there. We had to hunt down housekeeping every day to get fresh towels and trash bags so we could empty our trash. One one occasion I called the front desk to ask if we could have our room vacuumed and some fresh towels dropped off. Never happened. Again, I ended up hunting down housekeeping and asking for the vacuum so I could do it my self! They gave me the vacuum and I did it. For $300+ A night would not expect to have to vacuum my own room. At check out, no one ever asked how my stay was. I asked if I could get a receipt, and I was told it would be emails to me but it’s been more than 24 hours since I have checked out and I have still not received a receipt for the charges they made to my credit card.
