The Bethesdan Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The Bethesdan has become my favorite go to hotel when I come into town to visit. However, this particular stay was completely different. When I checked in I was assigned to a room on the 11th floor. The key didn’t work and I had to go back to the lobby. I was reassigned a room on the 10th floor room 1023. The room was clean as always, but the television wasn’t working properly at all. Half the channels didn’t work and the ones that were working had a fuzzy viewing. I don’t complain much at all, but I informed the staff of the issue. They asked if I wanted another room. I said yes and I was told that they would get back to me and get me another room. I needed comfort because I was in town for bereavement and serious family business. The room never happened. Upon checking out I explained this to them again. They apologized for what happened, but I felt like from a business perspective they should’ve offered something complementary for their mishaps. I was disappointing because I’m the one who didn’t receive everything I in fact paid for. I hope by writing this that something can still happen. I still love ❤️ you guys, but I still should be compensated in some way because that was a very difficult weekend for me. Anyway thanks for hearing me out and I hope they can make this right. Took my family on vacation and stayed here, I expected less basing off some reviews I read, but I was honestly impressed with the place. Looks better in person, the photos doesn’t do it justice. The staff answered every call we made when we had questions, we’re respectful, kind, and when we needed anything they showed up in a timely manner. The pool was great, never been in a rooftop pool before (very cool, but definitely not for everybody as you’re literally on the roof)…

My family and I spent 10 days at the Tapestry Hotel, and the pool was a major highlight for my nephews. We loved the staff, the view from our room, the size of it and all the amenities provided by the hotel. I will definitely stay there again.

Checkin went well. The hotel itself is a nice property , parking is not the best but due to the hotels location there aren’t many options. The rooms we nice but I feel they could’ve been a bit cleaner. The hotel did not have any body wash , at all and the rooms were not stocked with soap. We had to request bar soap. Additionally , the hotel room was not stocked with hand wash , we had to request it. It made me feel the housekeeping was not thorough. Lastly, the elevators were not working properly during our entire trip. My husband got stuck in the elevator our first night there. It was not the best stay. The front desk staff and the waiter in the restaurant were nice. There was only one waiter and he looked very tired but he did okay serving our family of 5. I’m not sure that I’ll stay here again.

Great stay and Henry the bartender was great and patient with my big crazy family

Go with my kids and families! Everything good! Only little traffic in morring time .

Stayed 5 nights while visiting our family. Convenience and location are excellent

I booked this hotel through Expedia and they refused to check me in. They told me that I have to pay them all over because I paid Expedia not them. I was kept for more than one hour at the lobby with my child until I called the police, around 1am. It took them a few seconds to check me in, after the police came. In the morning, they told us that we can’t have breakfast and the booking said that breakfast was available. The whole experience was frustrating, I woke up with a headache and checked out as fast as we could.

The staff was great. In particular, Bianca at the reception desk was exceptionally welcoming and kind. She made sure that our family could have adjoining rooms. The rooms were attractive and the fitness room is huge.
